Walking: a total of 20 minutes
Standing with one leg :10+10 minutes each
Cigarettes:0
jogging on the spot :0 minutes
I kept no-smoking for two years and 262 days in a row.
I also kept three sets of 10-time push-ups for the second straight day and over-10-time
push-ups for the fourth consecutive day.
It's beautifully sunny today and it's not so muggy in Nagoya since it's drier than usual.
This means.....maybe.....autumnal weather is steadily coming?
Come to think of it, I've noticed that the elevated walkway I use on my way to the work
place has begun being completely covered with shadow at around eleven a.m..
Let's have a little more patience before autumn.
