Two years and 242 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
With a strong will, I tried increasing the number of push-ups by one time each to
three sets of sixteen times or a total of 48 times.
I kept over 8+8-time push-ups for the fortieth consecutive day.
Although this year's autumn on the calendar has begun, it's actually scorching.
Severe sunshine is really relentless.
Weather forecasts say it'll have been so hot for several days from today.
.....I may need a strong will to survive.
