Push-ups: １６＋１６＋１６ times
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０＋１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：８＋８＋８ minutes

It has been two years and 245 days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I resumed three sets of 16-time push-up, a total of 48 times, and also resumed
three sets of 8-minute jogging-on-the-spot.
I felt rather hard for me to do 48-time push-ups in total especially yesterday.
I hope to continue such exercises as long as possible.
I called NEC information center yesterday and I've had a conclusion that NEC Speax
is NOT a good product since its design stage.
And I've firmly decided I'll NEVER buy an NEC product for the rest of my life.
Anyway I have to buy another answering phone in order to stop using FAX functions of
Speax.
