Happily, I could do 30-time push-ups for the first time in over a week, up one time
from the previous record, and kept over-25-time push-ups for the sixth straight day.
I aslo could keep no-smoking for one year and 334 days in a row.
It's sunny but sometimes cloudy, and I feel a little cold.
Recently I've noticed that my thighs are cold when I am sitting still at my working
desk, so I think I may need a pair of pants which I wear over the jeans.
Anyway wintry cold is steadily coming nearer and nearer....I'll have to be prepared.
