Thirteen years and two hundred and seventy-five days
in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 27-time push-ups for the sixth
successive day and kept at least 10-time push-ups for
the one year and thirteenth straight day.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya with a generous
amount of sunlight, which means that today is another
scorching day.
Actually today's highest temperature is forecast to
be 35 degrees and it will be 34 degrees as early as
at noon.
Very unfortunately, I was planning a walking, but I
have now decided to abort the plan because I thought
that today's heat is dangerous.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for thirteen years and two hundred and seventy-three
days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the one
year and eleventh consecutive day including the most
recent four days of 27-time push-ups.

It is sunny in Nagoya today again with the current
temperature of about 28 degrees at 8:30, down 0.4
degrees from the same time yesterday.
However, the predicted highest temperature is 36
degrees, up 2.4 degrees from yesterday.
Today, I am supposed to take an blood test to check
uric acid and triglyceride (neutral fat) levels.
I really hope to see improvement.

one year and tenth straight day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today again, which
means that scorching summer heat is still continuing.
Surprisingly, the latest weather information on the
Internet says that Nagoya is forecast to have a day
with the highest temperature of 37 degrees on Sunday.
Anyway, I have noticed that green rice ears in rice
paddies on my way to and from my workplace have
already been bowing, which is also a sign of this
year's autumn approaching.
So, weather has to get much autumnal.

one year and ninth consecutive day including the latest
two days of 27-time push-ups.

It is beautifully but dangerously sunny in Nagoya even
though it is already September.
The temperature at noon was 32.6 degrees with the predicted
highest temperature of 34 degrees.
Anyway, it must be lucky that I was able to do a 40＋40-
munite walking for the third straight day.
I would really like to continue preparation for a long-
distance walking planned in October, so, I really need
the scorching heat to get much milder.
