「雪よ岩よ　われ等が宿り　俺たちゃ街には住めないからに」の歌い出しで知られる日本の有名な山の歌『雪山讃歌（賛歌／ゆきやまさんか）』。

日本では雪山に挑む登山家・山男のアンセム（賛歌）となっているが、原曲のアメリカ歌曲『いとしのクレメンタイン Oh My Darling Clementine』の内容は全く異なり、19世紀のアメリカにおける西部開拓時代を時代背景としたストーリー性のある歌詞となっています。
