[It's] plagued by leaks of radioactive water [...] “It’s very hard to visualize and understand the complexity of the challenge when you just read about it, so this was a very informative visit,” Kennedy told reporters [...] Schlossberg, who is 21, said, “I hope my peers, my generation in the United States will keep Fukushima in mind and understand that there is still work to be done and we can all do something to help.”

AFP, May 14, 2014: Kennedy said the US government would offer “our experience and capabilities, in particular, toward the near-term resolution of ongoing water contamination issues”.

Nothing will be done, because nothing can be done.
This is a BANSHEE.
Totally uncontrollable. An epitome of all we have ever feared about an INVISIBLE enemy.
The Russians poured concrete on their smaller one to sarcophagise it and it worked.
The Jap/Americans did nothing. Because it was part of a plan.
The plants were actively blown up, creating the latest problem.

ショート論評　「鼻血」問題に見る日本人の魂の喪失

あるマンガに福島の被曝地帯で鼻血が多かったという内容があり、これに対して、こともあろうに大臣が「不快だ」と言い、地元が「差別」と言って、漫画の作者を非難した。まさに現代の社会「悪者が良い人をバッシングする」という典型例である。


まず第一に、軽度の被曝によって鼻血がでたのは事実であり、小学校でも記録されている。原発事故直後、子供も大人も鼻血で悩まされた。５０歳の男性が今まで人生で一度も鼻血を出さなかったのが、大量の鼻血が突然出たのでびっくりした人など、枚挙にいとまがない。


これは、重度の被曝で骨髄に損傷を受けて出血するのとは原因も現象も違う。それなのに、御用学者は事実を認めずに、インチキを言ってごまかそうとしている（専門家は軽度の被曝の鼻血と、重度の被曝の鼻血の差を知っているのに、知らないような説明をしている）。


第二に、漫画に登場した「鼻血がでた」と言っている前町長は、「実際、鼻血が出る人の話を多く聞いている。私自身、毎日鼻血が出て、特に朝がひどい。発言の撤回はありえない」と言っている。またさらに石原伸晃環境相がマンガに不快感を示したことについて「なぜあの大臣が私の体についてうんぬんできるのか」と厳しい。


それよりも何よりも、福島原発事故が起こり、汚染状態も時々刻々と変化しているはずだし、森林の状態がどうなっているかも気がかりだ。田畑の汚染、セシウムの沈下速度、ストロンチウムの存在、セシウムの再飛散など、私たちが子供や自分自身の健康を守るためにどうしても必要なデータである。


さらに農作物、加工品、魚貝類、乳製品などの汚染や、海で潮干狩りをしたり、海水浴をしたりする危険性、はるか遠くの海やハワイなどをどのぐらい汚染したか、どれをとっても大切なことだ。


私は事故直後から、起こってしまったことは仕方がないが、原子力関係者は深く反省して、国民が必要なデータを力を合わせて発表していきたいと呼びかけたが、むしろ今回の鼻血のように、「隠す方向」＝「野蛮な社会」へと進んでいる。税金で研究している国立環境研究所などはいったい何をしているのか？


もし、隠さなければならないほど原発や被曝が怖いなら、原発の再開などありうるはずもない。「風評」の専門家は「風評が起きるのはデータ不足から」と言っているが、風評を作り出しているのは、政府、環境省、自治体、そしてマスコミであり、国民は情報が提供されれば正しく冷静に判断するだろう。


今回の鼻血の件も「悪人が善人をバッシングする」と言う現代日本の悪弊が表面化した一つの例になった。今、甲状腺がんは１００倍とされ、思春期の子供の急性白血病が増加していること、二本松市の死亡者数が２０％以上も増大していることなど、日本人として関心を持たざるを得ないことが起こっている。


私たちは何のために政府を雇い、国立研究機関にお金を出しているのか。データを出す必要がないというなら、なぜないのかについて誠意をもって説明してもらいたい。
