A study by an international team of the Belgian Liege large showed that seven planets similar to the earth are going around the fixed star where it's about 40 light-years away from the earth. The mass and the size are than the earth and a possibility that a sea exists in the surface of the earth says that there is also something to have that. A research team observes a fixed star as "TRAPPIST (Trappists)-1" by Spitzer space telescope of the NASA in the US (NASA). It was discovered that at least seven planets across a fixed star exist.
The radius is global 0 and 8-1 and about 1 time. The mass of most stars is made of a rock by 0 and 4-1 and four times. I say there is a sea in the surface of the earth in a planet in seven of three of inside from the temperature and the distance of Trappists-1, and that there is also a possibility that the life exists.

少し前。オックスフォード大学のオズボーン准教授がこんな大胆な予測を発表。大きな話題になりました。
この調査では、技術の進歩がめざましい勢いで進んでいる機械。その機械による自動化によって、どのぐらい人間の仕事が奪われてしまうのか、ということが分析されたのです。その結果、今後10年～20年ほどで約47%の仕事が自動化されるリスクが高い。そんな結論が出たのです。
正直、この話をはじめて聞いた時、まったく信じられませんでした。それに、現実になったとしても、まだまだ先の話だと思っていました。ですが、政府の統計データなども調べてみると、人から仕事を奪っていくものには、３つの大きな原因があることがわかったのです。そして、この３つの原因のせいで、「仕事が消えてしまう…」ということが、すぐに起きなくても、、、
すでに価値が大きく下がっている仕事がある…
ということがわかったのです。しかも、これから、さらに価値が大きく下がってしまうということも。
もちろん、将来の話なので、この予測が当たるかどうかは保証できません。ですが、この話は、オックスフォード大学や政府の統計データなどを元にしたものです。なので、あなたが今までに、、、

１．仕事の価値を大きく下げる原因：供給過剰
供給過剰というのは、商品を提供する側が増えすぎてしまう状態。ビジネスは需要と供給で成り立っています。単純計算すると、売り手が10人で買い手が100人いれば、売り手１人あたり買い手が10人いることになります。ですが、売り手が20人、買い手が100人なら、売り手１人あたりの買い手は5人になってしまします。
つまり、売上が半分になってしまうということです。売上が半分になってしまったら、ほとんどの事業が潰れてしまってもおかしくありません。
こんな風に売り手が急激に増えてしまう。言い方を変えると、ある仕事が供給過剰に陥ってしまうとそのビジネスで利益を出すのが難しくなり、収入が減ってしまうのです。
そして、この供給過剰がどんどん進んでいっている仕事の具体例としては、柔道整復師や整体師などのいわゆる治療家の仕事があります。

接骨院の数は2002年には25,975店舗だったのですが、2012年には42,431店舗に急増。10年で1.6倍になってます（厚生労働省：平成 24 年衛生行政報告例（就業医療関係者）の概況より）。これは、コンビニ最大手３社のセブン・イレブン、ローソン、ファミリーマートの店舗数の合計41,085店舗よりも多い数です。しかも、これは接骨院だけの数で、整体院なども含めると10万店舗を超えるのではないか、ともいわれるほど急増しているのです。びっくりですよね。
美容室や歯科医院もコンビニよりも多く、供給過多に陥っていて治療家とほとんど同じような状況にあります。
他にも、いわゆる士業と呼ばれている先生の方々の仕事にも供給過剰の波が襲ってきています。たとえば、、、
公認会計士は、2000年には、16656人でしたが、2014年には、33977人と2倍以上に増えていますし…
行政書士は、2005年～2014年の間に37,607人から44,057人に増加
社会保険労務士は、10年で26,460人（2005年）から38,878人（2014年）と1.46倍に…
税理士も、10年で69,243人（2005年）から74,501人（2014年）
司法書士は、2006年から2015年の間に、18,509人から21,658人まで増えています…
こんな風に軒並み資格者の数が大きく増加しているのです。しかも、この勢いはまだまだ止まりそうもありません。そうなってくると、ますます供給過剰が進み、仕事の価値が大きく下がってくることになるでしょう。
２．仕事の価値を大きく下げる原因：技術革新
２つ目は技術革新です。
技術革新は、インターネットの技術が発達したことで現れたGoogleやYahoo、楽天、Amazonなど、数々のスター企業が誕生したといういい面が強調されがちです。ですが、その反面、多くの人から仕事を奪ってしまう一面もあるのです。
わかりやすい例でいうと、写真を現像するためには、昔は写真屋にフィルムを持っていかなければいけませんでした。なので、写真を現像する仕事があったのです。でも、デジカメが登場したことにより、需要のほとんどがなくなってしまったのです。
このように新しい技術が人から仕事を奪ってしまうことがよくあることなんです。
そして、技術革新が起きて仕事が大きく減ってしまう危険性が高まっているものに製造業があります。製造工程のロボット化が進んでいけば、人ではなくロボットが仕事をすることになりますので。
あとは、Webデザイナーも、Htmlやプログラミングがわからなくてもホームページを作れるWixやJimdoのようなWebサービスが登場。これから、さらに技術が発達していくと「ホームページが作れる」ということ自体の価値は低くなってきて、高度なデザインなどの付加価値をつけていかなければ、厳しくなってくる可能性が高くなってくるでしょう。
翻訳業の世界では、Gengoなどの格安サービスが登場し価格破壊を起こしつつありますが、Google翻訳に代表される自動翻訳機の技術が発達していることを考えると、追い打ちをかけるように、技術革新の波が襲ってくる可能性は高いでしょう。
３．仕事の価値を大きく下げる原因：消費者の行動の変化
３つ目は、消費者の行動の変化です。
この消費者の行動の変化で影響を受けているのが小売店です。どんな行動の変化があったかというと、ネットを使ってすぐに全国で一番安いお店をすぐに探すことができるようになったことです。
具体的には、価格ドットコム。こういったサイトの登場で「店頭で商品を見て、実際に買うのは安いネットで」という風に、僕たち消費者の行動が大きく変化しました。その結果、家電量販店の最大手であるヤマダ電機ですら、一時41億円の赤字に沈む状況に陥ってしまいました。
他にも、Amazonの影響で、お店を構えている書店が2000年から2013年までの間に、21,495件あった書店が14,241件にまで減少してしまいました（約3分の1がなくなってしまいました。すごいですよね。。。）。さらに、ネットで簡単にニュースがチェックできることから、若者の新聞離れに歯止めがきかないといわれている新聞業界。新聞業界の総売上は2005年から2013年の間に5,198億円の減少。10年弱の間に21.5%の売上がなくなっていることになります・・・
こんな風に消費者の行動の変化もビジネスに大きな影響を与えます。

今、ご紹介した仕事の価値を下げる３つの原因に当てはまっていている仕事で収入を上げるのは、、、とても厳しい道のりになる可能性が高いんです。いくら優秀だった人が人一倍の努力をしたとしても、価値が下がっている仕事で、収入を上げようとするのは、、、

あとは、Webデザイナーも、Htmlやプログラミングがわからなくてもホームページを作れるWixやJimdoのようなWebサービスが登場。これから、さらに技術が発達していくと「ホームページが作れる」ということ自体の価値は低くなってきて、高度なデザインなどの付加価値をつけていかなければ、厳しくなってくる可能性が高くなってくるでしょう。
翻訳業の世界では、Gengoなどの格安サービスが登場し価格破壊を起こしつつありますが、Google翻訳に代表される自動翻訳機の技術が発達していることを考えると、追い打ちをかけるように、技術革新の波が襲ってくる可能性は高いでしょう。
３．仕事の価値を大きく下げる原因：消費者の行動の変化
３つ目は、消費者の行動の変化です。
この消費者の行動の変化で影響を受けているのが小売店です。どんな行動の変化があったかというと、ネットを使ってすぐに全国で一番安いお店をすぐに探すことができるようになったことです。
具体的には、価格ドットコム。こういったサイトの登場で「店頭で商品を見て、実際に買うのは安いネットで」という風に、僕たち消費者の行動が大きく変化しました。その結果、家電量販店の最大手であるヤマダ電機ですら、一時41億円の赤字に沈む状況に陥ってしまいました。
他にも、Amazonの影響で、お店を構えている書店が2000年から2013年までの間に、21,495件あった書店が14,241件にまで減少してしまいました（約3分の1がなくなってしまいました。すごいですよね。。。）。さらに、ネットで簡単にニュースがチェックできることから、若者の新聞離れに歯止めがきかないといわれている新聞業界。新聞業界の総売上は2005年から2013年の間に5,198億円の減少。10年弱の間に21.5%の売上がなくなっていることになります・・・
こんな風に消費者の行動の変化もビジネスに大きな影響を与えます。

An American New York Times newspaper received that a press attache of political power of cards forbade attendance of a closed report briefing (the reporter explanation) to more than one critical media to the said political power, and exhibited the commercial which indicates the opposite posture.
I say that "The Truth is Hard (The truth is difficult.)" and this commercial you could entitle are planning to be televised by whole television relay of the Oscar ceremony held on local time February 26.

トランプ政権の報道官が、同政権に対して批判的な複数メディアに対して非公開の報道ブリーフィング（記者説明）の出席を禁じたことを受け、アメリカのニューヨーク・タイムズ紙が反対姿勢を示すCMを公開した。
「The Truth is Hard（真実は難しい）」と表題がつけられたこのCMは、現地時間2月26日に開催されるアカデミー賞授賞式のテレビ中継中に放映される予定だという。
公開されたCMでは、白い画面に「The truth is（真実は）」という書き出しから始まるフレーズが繰り返し表示される。
メッセージは全てトランプ大統領の発言や政策に関連しており、CMの最後は「真実は見つけることが難しい（The truth is hard to find）」「真実は知ることが難しい（The truth is hard to know）」「真実はこれまで以上に重要だ（The truth is more important now than ever）」という言葉で締めくくられている。
CMの中で流れるフレーズの一部は以下の通り。

Anyhow graduation finish dies of congratulations.
Everyone holds anxiety little in new development in this life, but it'll be to be able to be filled with a big request, anyhow you die....... Fortunately, everyone has got the specialty which is 1 into which the individuality "is formed" at this B university. The inner one which contemplates the future and brings this up big as well as is everyone, (You may not be able to be aware of your responsibility yet.), I draw it out and want you to apply a spur to increasingly own individualization, anyhow you die....... When I go out to society, I'd encounter the difficulty I never have. I want you to do in the chance which grows big with difficulty as sustenance without losing the individuality at such time, anyhow you die. BA which can meet everyone's smiling face which was sturdy later and grew for some years isn't this much happy. I wish for future's strenuous efforts sincerely, anyhow you die.

彼は商売柄、この送る言葉はどうしても、病、老、死をはじめ人生の暗い側面に蓋をして希望を持って積極的に生きることばかり強調されることにこれは冗談ですねと思っていた。そのため頼まれることから逃げていた。どっちにしてもこの商売の人間は普通の人と違った見方をする。それはいいとして、彼から２月連絡があった。本当のことを言うよ。って。

The White House on Friday barred news outlets — including CNN, the New York Times, Politico and the Los Angeles Times — from attending an off-camera press briefing held by spokesman Sean Spicer, igniting another controversy concerning the relationship between the Trump administration and the media.
The Wall Street Journal, which did participate in the briefing, said in a statement that it was unaware of the exclusions and "had we known at the time, we would not have participated, and we will not participate in such closed briefings in the future."
The Washington Post did not have a reporter present at the time of the gaggle.
CNN's Sara Murray went on air to describe what happened:
We lined up. We were told there was a list ahead of time, which is sort of abnormal, but we put our name on a list. And then when we went to enter, I was blocked by a White House staffer, who said we were not on the list for this gaggle today.
Now, normally, if you were going to do something like this — an extended gaggle, off camera — you would have one person from each news outlet. As you know, we have multiple people from CNN here every day. So, if you're going to do something beyond a pool, which is sort of the smallest group of reporters that then disseminates the information, you would have one person from every news outlet.
That is not what the White House was doing today. What the White House was doing was handpicking the outlets they wanted in for this briefing. So Breitbart, the Washington Times, the One America News Network — news outlets that maybe the White House feels are more favorable were all allowed in, whereas I was blocked from entering, Politico was blocked from entering, the New York Times, the L.A. Times. All of these news outlets were blocked from going to a gaggle.
White House Correspondents' Association President Jeff Mason called in to CNN to say the organization is “still getting information about” the decision, adding:
They clearly wanted to have a gaggle that was not on camera and was not the full press corps today. We don't object to there being briefings like that that aren't always on camera, but we have encouraged them when they want to do something like that ... [to] still do it in the press room and do it in a place where all the reporters have a chance to ask questions.
So, we've made that clear, and we're going to continue to have discussions with them about that. And we're not happy about how this happened today.
The Post's Executive Editor Marty Baron issued the following statement:
“It’s appalling that the White House would exclude news outlets like the New York Times, CNN, Politico, the Los Angeles Times, and BuzzFeed from its publicly announced briefings. This is an undemocratic path that the administration is traveling. There is nothing to be gained from the White House restricting the public’s access to information. We are currently evaluating what our response will be if this sort of thing happens again.”
White House deputy communications director Raj Shah insisted this was all much ado about nothing.
But New York Times Executive Editor Dean Baquet declared that “nothing like this has ever happened at the White House in our long history of covering multiple administrations of different parties.”
BuzzFeed editor in chief Ben Smith, whose outlet also was excluded, added this: "While we strongly object to the White House's apparent attempt to punish news outlets whose coverage it does not like, we won't let these latest antics distract us from continuing to cover this administration fairly and aggressively."
Ben Wizner, director of the Speech, Privacy and Technology Project at the American Civil Liberties Union called the White House's move "yet another disturbing example of the Trump administration’s contempt for the vital role a free press plays in our democracy."
White House press secretary Sean Spicer himself had previously criticized the idea of limiting media access to the White House. Two months ago, in a panel discussion, he said open access for the media is “what makes a democracy a democracy versus a dictatorship.”
But in recent days, the president has grown increasingly critical of what he calls the "fake news media. Hours before the limited-access gaggle, Trump devoted much of an address at the Conservative Political Action Conference to bashing the media.
“A few days ago, I called the fake news media the enemy of the people, and they are,” the president said. “They are the enemy of the people.”
Fox News anchor Bret Baier quickly discouraged gloating on the right, noting that his network's rivals showed solidarity when the Obama White House tried to freeze out Fox News eight years ago.

In 2009, the Obama administration attempted to exclude Fox News from a round of TV interviews with “pay czar” Kenneth Feinberg. Jake Tapper (then of ABC, now of CNN) stood up for one of his network's “sister organizations” during a press briefing.
“Can you explain why it's appropriate for the White House to decide that a news organization is not one?” Tapper asked Robert Gibbs, the White House press secretary at the time.
Rival networks refused to conduct interviews with Feinberg unless Fox News was granted one, too.
Fox Business Network told The Post that one of its reporters, Blake Burman, also was blocked from participating in the gaggle. Fox News chief White House correspondent John Roberts said on air that his network will join others in protesting the exclusion of certain outlets.

仕事が休み
A: Are you working tomorrow?
B: No, Tomorrow is my day off.
「明日仕事かい？」「いや、明日は休み」
という具合に、仕事が休みの事をday offと言います。
もしくは、
I have a day off.
I have days off.
のように言ってもOKです。２日以上の連休なら「days off」となります。
I have 2 days off. 二連休。
I have 3 days off. 三連休。

２．連休、ホリデーを英語で？
さて、ゴールデンウィークのようなホリデーの場合は、どう言うか？というと、
A: Where are you going for your next holiday?
次の連休はどこに行く予定だい？
B: I’m going to Hawaii for my vacation.
ハワイにホリデーに行く予定よ。
という感じで使います。アメリカ英語だとVacationを基本的に使います。
イギリス英語だとHolidayでもVacationでも同じように使えます。
Holiday,Vacationというと遊ぶための休み、つまり連休や休暇という感覚になります。
＜a holiday, holidaysの違い＞
I’ll have a vacation.
I’ll have vacations.
I’ll have a holiday.
I’ll have holidays.
のように、holiday, vacation は可算名詞(数えられる物)に属します。
じゃあどこで、a holidayとなるのかというとこれは日数は関係ありません。
ようは一塊の休暇なら、何日間でもa holiday, a vacationです。
ゴールデンウィークと夏休みと冬休み、のように複数の休暇をまとめて話してるなら、holidays, vacationsになります。

祝日は英語でPublic holiday. と言います。

A new study by researchers from the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Research Institute (CHORI) shows that a modest 4 milligrams of extra zinc a day in the diet can have a profound, positive impact on cellular health that helps fight infections and diseases. This amount of zinc is equivalent to what biofortified crops like zinc rice and zinc wheat can add to the diet of vulnerable, nutrient deficient populations.
The study, published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, was led by CHORI Senior Scientist Janet King, PhD. King and her team are the first to show that a modest increase in dietary zinc reduces oxidative stress and damage to DNA.
"We were pleasantly surprised to see that just a small increase in dietary zinc can have such a significant impact on how metabolism is carried out throughout the body," says King. "These results present a new strategy for measuring the impact of zinc on health and reinforce the evidence that food-based interventions can improve micronutrient deficiencies worldwide."
Zinc is ubiquitous in our body and facilitates many functions that are essential for preserving life. It plays a vital role in maintaining optimal childhood growth, and in ensuring a healthy immune system. Zinc also helps limit inflammation and oxidative stress in our body, which are associated with the onset of chronic cardiovascular diseases and cancers.

葛飾区内の町工場５社が開発した小型水中探査機「ド・ボーン」の試作機が完成した。漁業関係者などから注目を集め、開発者らは中小企業の技術力、顧客ニーズへの速やかな対応力などをＰＲしている。
■町工場５社が開発
ド・ボーンは、水深約７８００メートルの深海探査に成功した「江戸っ子１号」、身近な河川の環境調査などに使う「葛飾っ子１号」の開発を主導した杉野ゴム化学工業所の杉野行雄社長（６７）に、田沢湖や琵琶湖の水中調査にも使える探査機の要望が舞い込んだことが開発のきっかけ。昨年９月、杉野社長をプロジェクトリーダーに開発チームが発足。同社とアイデック企画、アステックス、内山ゴム製作所、ケイワールドの区内５社が製作した。
今月１４、１５日に東京国際フォーラムで開催された見本市で披露された試作機は、直径約２０センチの球体の中に内視鏡に使われるカメラを４台設置。ケーブルを通して地上のモニターに水中や水底の様子を映し出す。球体は水深１千メートルの水圧にも耐え、探査可能。空中から撮影するドローンからの連想で、水中に沈む音から「ドボーン」と名付けたが、「沈みっぱなしのイメージより、しゃれた感じを出そうとフランス語風に・を入れた」（杉野社長）と、ネーミングにはユーモアを取り込んだ。４月からは、四国沖で海底実験を予定している。
■８台で３６０度探査も
球体の中にカメラは２４台まで設置可能だが、８台で３６０度の探査が可能になる。カメラ台数やケーブルの長さなど、顧客のニーズによる仕様によって価格は３００万～５００万円になる見込みという。
早くも１００台まとめて製作可能かという漁業関係者の打診もあり、評判は上々。橋脚を扱う建設業、水資源関係者などからも関心が寄せられている。
杉野社長は「町工場には、開発のスピード感、細かな注文への対応力など、大手メーカーがもたもたしているあいだにものにしてしまう実力がある。低迷している町工場が元気になる一躍を担いたい」と、意気込む。
内視鏡カメラなどで参加するアイデック企画の若手社員は「注文を受けてモノをつくる下請けの仕事でなく、目的を持って自分たちでモノを開発し製品化していく仕事にはワクワクする」と話している。
区によると、区内には２３区で４位になる約２６００の町工場があるという。

さて今日は、先週、「ヴァカンス ドボン」のため休みだったフランス語のレッスンでした。
当然のことながらお盆休みに何をしたかというフリートークをしたんですが、皆さん北海道だの台湾だの蔵王だの松島だのいろんなところに行ってたみたいでうらやましい限りです。

今月１４、１５日に東京国際フォーラムで開催された見本市で披露された試作機は、直径約２０センチの球体の中に内視鏡に使われるカメラを４台設置。ケーブルを通して地上のモニターに水中や水底の様子を映し出す。球体は水深１千メートルの水圧にも耐え、探査可能。空中から撮影するドローンからの連想で、水中に沈む音から「ドボーン」と名付けたが、「沈みっぱなしのイメージより、しゃれた感じを出そうとフランス語風に・を入れた」（杉野社長）と、ネーミングにはユーモアを取り込んだ。４月からは、四国沖で海底実験を予定している。
■８台で３６０度探査も
球体の中にカメラは２４台まで設置可能だが、８台で３６０度の探査が可能になる。カメラ台数やケーブルの長さなど、顧客のニーズによる仕様によって価格は３００万～５００万円になる見込みという。
早くも１００台まとめて製作可能かという漁業関係者の打診もあり、評判は上々。橋脚を扱う建設業、水資源関係者などからも関心が寄せられている。
杉野社長は「町工場には、開発のスピード感、細かな注文への対応力など、大手メーカーがもたもたしているあいだにものにしてしまう実力がある。低迷している町工場が元気になる一躍を担いたい」と、意気込む。
内視鏡カメラなどで参加するアイデック企画の若手社員は「注文を受けてモノをつくる下請けの仕事でなく、目的を持って自分たちでモノを開発し製品化していく仕事にはワクワクする」と話している。
区によると、区内には２３区で４位になる約２６００の町工場があるという。

なんかまぬけですねぇ。
さて今日は、先週、「ヴァカンス ドボン」のため休みだったフランス語のレッスンでした。
当然のことながらお盆休みに何をしたかというフリートークをしたんですが、皆さん北海道だの台湾だの蔵王だの松島だのいろんなところに行ってたみたいでうらやましい限りです。
く～。
あたしゃせっせと働いてたぜ、しかも死ぬほど忙しくて･･･てかマジで軽く死んだし（号泣）
ま、東京・静岡には行ったけど･･･
Moi, je n'ai pas eu de vacances d'obon. J'ai travaillé comme d'habitude.
C'était stupide! Trop de clients sont venus parce que beaucoup d'hôpitals et de pharmacies sont fermés pendant d'obon.
C'était vraiment stupide!!!!!
Samedi dernier, je suis allée à Tokyo pour un dîner-spectacle de Something ELse (en français, "Quelque chose d'autre").
Est-ce que je me suis amusée? Euh, comme ci comme ça. Parce que c'est le premier et aussi le dernier. J'ai beaucoup pleuré.
Mais la cuisine française était très bon!

あ、でもフランス料理はすっごいおいしかった！
