I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for ten
years and three hundred and forty-two days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the one year
and three hundred and twenty-sixth straight day including
the most recent four days of 20-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today again and I felt that
it was so cold that I might have to wear one more item of
clothing while sleeping.
Very unfortunately, I have had a sharp pain in my low back.
I have decided not to do physical exercise except push-ups.
I am sure that I was careless...I cannot be too careful
not to have a low back pain.....despite that.

I have been able to do without smoking for ten years and

I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the second consecutive
day and more than 9-time push-ups for the one year and three
hundred and twenty-fourth successive day.

It is cloudy in Nagoya although it was sunny while I was
riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
This morning's lowest temperature was 7.9 degrees, up as high
as 2 degrees from yesterday.
Even so, a lowest temperature of 7.9 degrees is quite normal
during this time of year.
Anyway, I feel that this year's winter has come.

I have been able to keep smoke-free for ten years and three
hundred and thirty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and three hundred and twenty-third straight day although
I decreased the number of push-ups by 4 times to 20 times
yesterday since I felt that my body was pretty heavy.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is beautifully sunny in Nagoya
and there are no clouds in the blue skies.
Nagoya saw the coldest morning today with the lowest temperature
of 5.9 degrees, which, of course, is the cold of early December.
Actually, I have had a little pain in my lower back.
I am sure that this pain is due to the chilly weather.
