I have been able to keep smoke-free for ten years and three
hundred and fifty days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the one year and
three hundred and thirty-fourth successive day including the
most recent seven days of 20-time push-ups.
It is quite overcast in Nagoya today and actually it is dark.
It looks like it is going to start raining although weather
reports say it will be sunny today.
Anyway, it is pretty cold today and I have started wearing
a winter jacket while riding my bike.
This year's full-fledged winter cold is steadily drawing
nearer and nearer.
....I have to get mentally prepared for the cold.
