I have been able to be a non-smoker for ten years and three
hundred and forty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the fourth straight
day and more than 9-time push-ups for the one year and three
hundred and thirty-first consecutive day.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya today again.
I felt a little warmer than yesterday while I was riding
my bike on my way to the workplace.
This is no wonder, since it was over 13 degrees.
Very sadly, I have had a little low back pain.
When I turned over in my sleep early this morning, I got
the low back pain.....OMG!
