Walking：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been five years and 199 days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep 17-time push-ups for the third consecutive day and
over 12-time push-ups for the thirteenth successive day.

It's cloudy in Nagoya and it's very humid.
And it looks like it's goingto start raining soon.
I'm very disgusted at my father's behavior.
He has opened all 2-liter plastic bottles of sports drinks in reserve and left
them on the kitchen floor.
Besides, he never replaces the caps tightly.
He always says, "It's OK because I put caps back on."
He is getting crazy little by little as he gets older.
