Daily Routine

Push-ups：２０ times
Walking　：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２５ minutes

Five years and 259 days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups again by one time to 20 times
and keep jogging-on-the-spot for the second straight day.

Actually, it has been raining since early this morning in Nagoya or part of Nagoya.
We have rain for the first time in a very long time, I feel.
Thanks to the rain, scorching sunlight is being blocked by clouds and the
temperatures are actually much milder than usual August days.
I'm sure it must be good for us to have some rain once in a while.
I hope this rain may lead to autumnal weather....Am I too optimistic?
