Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２１ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：１３ minutes

It has been eight years and sixty-five days in a row since I got rid
of my smoking habitl.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by only one time to 21
times and keep at least 10-time push-ups for the seventeenth successive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya but I feel it is a little windy.
There were some clouds in the sky while riding my bike on my way to
the workplace but I could see Mt. Ontake far in the distance in the east.
And now, it's getting colder and colder maybe because some clouds have
begun blocking sunlight.
Anyway, according to weather forecasts, I have only to bear the cold
weather for one week or so.....I cannot wait for spring.
