jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Four years and 333 days in a row have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the second straight day and
over 19-time push-ups for the twelfth consecutive day.

It's unbelievably warm for this time of year in Nagoya today.
I see blue skies and feel a little hot in an item of autumnal clothing
on my way to the workplace.
Actully, weather forecasts say the highest temperture in Nagoya will
reach 25 degrees, which is called "Natsubi" or a summer day.
I feel a little happy to hear that indeed, but I'm also afraid of
sharply fluctuating temperatures.
Anyway, I have to enjoy today's warmth.....or hotness.＾＾；；；,?
