Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking ：４３ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：３ minutes

I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and twenty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep over 14-time push-ups for the seventy-eighth straight day
including the most recent thirty-five days of 22-time push-ups.

It is cloudy in Nagoya now after a little rain in the early morning, but
sometimes it's sunny, which makes me feel a little relieved.
Weather ladies said yesterday it would be not so cold today, but actually
I feel it's a little bit cold and that I need much more sunlight.
Today is the first working day of the year for me.
This year too, I really hope to do my best for my clients without regret.
