I have kept no-smoking for three years and 151 days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to one set of seventeen times and
kept over one set of sixteen push-ups for the third consecutive day.
I did Reproduction training at one of the DOUTOR stores in Sakae, Nagoya, for the first time
in eleven days.
I felt a little hard and I have to restore the senses of the practice.
Anyway I've begun reading a book which I have felt difficult for a very long time.
Even though I cannot enjoy it, a challenge itself must be meaningful.....I really hope so.
