Walking　：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have succeeded in prevening myself from smoking
for twelve years and two hundred and thirty-five
days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the three years and two hundred and nineteenth
successive day including the latest four days of
10-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny, which means deadly sunny, in
Nagoya today again with the current temperature at
9 a.m. of as high as over 31 degrees.....OMG!
The gout is really severe and really persistent,
but very fortunately, the pain is getting milder
and milder really little by little.
I am sure that the medicine I got from a doctor
is surely effective and the best thing is that
I can have hope that the pain will disappear in
some more days.
