Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking ：５０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：２１ minutes


It has been ten years and twenty-six days in a row since I
broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the third consecutive
day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the one year and tenth
successive day.

It is normally sunny in Nagoya and it is also normally very
cold with the current temperature of about 8 degrees.
My normal life has started, which means I have to encounter
many crazy drivers every day, who I had not met during the
year-end and new-year holiday period.
My favorite peaceful days are gone....this morning I already
met a few callous drivers on my way to the workplace.
