I have been able to do without smoking for
thirteen years and one hundred and fifty-one
days in a row.
I was able to keep 31-time push-ups for the
tenth successive day and at least 10-time
push-ups for the two hundred and fifty-fifth
straight day.

It has been raining in Nagoya since early-
evening yesterday, sometimes heavily and
sometimes lightly.
I was very lucky because I did not have to
wear a pair of rain suits while I was riding
my bike on my way to the workplace this
morning when it happened to stop raining for
a short time, maybe for 40 minutes or so.
Anyway, I would like to go somewhere for a
change of pace because I had much work during
the Golden Week holiday period.
