Thirteen years and eighty-four days in a row have
passed since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the
twelfth successive day and greater than 9-time
push-ups for the one hundred and eighty-eighth
straight day.

It is now cloudy in Nagoya with so many gray
clouds in the sky and I feel that it is a little
too dark although sunlight enters my office once
in a while.
According to weather reports, tomorrow will be
very cold with the forecast highest temperature
of as low as 8 degrees in Nagoya.
However, except tomorrow, weather ladies say
that temperatures will steadily rise.
Yes, spring warmth must be just around the corner.
