I was able to keep no-smoking for eight years and one hundred and seventeen
days in a row.
I was also able to keep greater than 20-time push-ups for the eleventh
straight day including the latest three days of 23-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I finally feel that spring has come,
which means it is actually warm with the predicted highest temperature
of 21 degrees and now it is 19.7 degrees.
Yesterday I enjoyed cherry blossoms along the Yamazaki River in Nagoya
and along the Shin-Sakai River near Naka Station in Gifu prefecture.
Very surprisingly, cherry blossoms along the Yamazaki River were not in
full bloom though yesterday was the last day of the illumination period.
