Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：５ minutes

It has been eight years and thirty days in a row since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep more than 14-time push-ups for the eighty-first consecutive
day including the most recent thirty-eight days of 22 times of them.

It was quite cloudy in Nagoya while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
And now it's sunny and the sunlight has  finally started coming into my workplace.
Well, actually, indeed this winter cold must be milder than usual.
I sometimes forget to prepare a warm wet towel before I wash my hands with cold water.
But I have to get mentally prepared for tomorrow's cold because weather ladies say
it will be the coldest in this winter season in Nagoya with the forecasted highest
temperature of 8 degrees, which I think is normal for this period.
