Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for ten
years and seventy days in a row.
I decreased the number of push-ups by three times to 20 times
since I felt that my body was pretty heavy yesterday.
And I kept over 9-time push-ups for the one year and two
hundred and fifty-fourth straight day.

Unlike yesterday, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya today with
the predicted highest temperature of 30 degrees.
According to weather reports on the Internet, the day when
I am planning to do a walking will be rainy.
Though I am looking forward to doing a walking, I cannot
do anything about weather.
All I can do is ....just pray.
