Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each

Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
twelve years and one hundred and forty days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twenty-ninth
straight day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the three
years and one hundred and twenty-fourth consecutive day.

It is beautifully sunny with plenty of sunlight in Nagoya
today and it is pretty crisp with very little breeze.
However, according to weather ladies, the weather is going
to take a turn for the worse.
I had a little nasal inflammation while I was inside a mall
last night, and very unfortunately, I do not still know
what the allergen was.
