jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 112 days in a row.
I also was able to keep over 12-time push-ups for the fifteenth consecutive day
including the latest seven days of 16-time push-ups.

I've found that about 30% of the cherry blossoms on my way to the workplace have opened.
I think the best time of them will be this weekend and I have to change my plan
to enjoy them from this Thursday to Sunday.
Weather officials say the weather on Sunday will be, unfortunately, cloudy.
But it's absolutely better than rainy.
