Daily Routine

Push-ups：０ times
Walking：a total of ４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in keeping myself from smoking for five years and eighty-nine days in a row.
I didn't do push-ups yesterday simply because I felt I needed a break once in a while.
I hope to resume them as soon as possible.

It's cloudy.
Though weather reports say it will not be rainy, it's actually quite cloudy
just like it's going to start raining soon....
Perhaps, I should have brought a pari of raincoats.
Tomorrow's forecast highest temperature is over 20 degrees but weather officials
also say winter cold will come back this weekend.
I'll really have to be careful because I'm completely off-guard now.＾＾；；；
