Walking：a total of ４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been four years and 337 days in a row since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for six days in a row and over
19-time push-ups for the sixteenth straight day.

After a little warm rain, it's greatly sunny again in Nagoya and
I felt a little hot in a bus on my way to the workplace.
The forecast highest temperature is 23 degrees but actually I got
a bit sweaty while walking from a bus stop.
The highest temperature might be higher due to a lot of sunshine.
It may be that this winter is much milder than usual.....
I had better not expect too much....because I fear for the shock
I will get when the expectaion goes wide of the mark.
