It has been two years and 357 days in a row since I quit smoking.
I could keep two sets of 17-time push-ups for the the fourth straight day and over
one set of them for the eighth successive day.
I did an over 60-minute walking for the first time in a long time and I really
hope to continue this level to prevent low-back pain.
If time permits, I'd like to visit Higashiyama Shokubutsuen tomorrow to enjoy autumn
color of leaves which are being illuminated there for the first time sicne the park
opened, and tomorrow is the last day of the illumination.
But actually I'm afraid I will not have enough time to go there.
