Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：１６ minutes


I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years and
twelve days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by four
times from the previous record to 22 times and kept more
than 9-time push-ups for the one year and three hundred
and sixty-first straight day.

Today again, it is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and quite
normally it is very cold.
I am looking forward to tomorrow, because tomorrow is
the last day when the length of daylight gets shorter.
That is, tomorrow is Touji, which means that this year's
full-fledged winter cold will begin and continue for
about two months....
I have to get mentally prepared for that.
