Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each

jogging-on-the-spot　：１１ minutes ３０ seconds

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and eighty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twenty-sixth consecutive day and
greater than 15-time push-ups for the one year and thirty-second straight day.

It's much warmer than yesterday in Nagoya with the predicted highest temperature
of 18 degrees, which is like a day in mid or late April.
Actually I am typing with my PC's keyboard without wearing gloves now.
I really hope such a warm day will continue as long as possible, but weather
reports say there will be a few rainy days for the next one week.
Anyway it's very good that spring is just around the corner.
