I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and one hundred
and thirty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep 25-time push-ups for the tenth straight day and more
than 20-time push-ups for the thirty-third consecutive day.

It is beautifully and greatly sunny in Nagoya.
Though there are no clouds in the blue skies, it is very very windy.
It was very easy for me to come to the workplace by bike with a strong
tail wind, but at the same time, I'm very afraid that it may be very
hard to go back home by bike because of a very strong headwind.
Weather ladies say the temperature at around 9 p.m. will be as low as
10 degrees like a mid-winter day.
And I have to be really careful not to catch a cold tomorrow morning
because they say the lowest temperature in Nagoya will be only 7 degrees.
