Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２１ times
Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：１５ minutes

Eight years and seventy-five days in a row have passed since I
shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the eleventh consecutive day
and greater than 9-time push-ups for the twenty-seventh successive day.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today and I feel a little warm.
I'm sure spring must be just around the corner.
I went to a book store of Maruzen in Sakae yesterday and bought a
book for preparation for 1st grade English proficiency test or Eiken
in Japanese, which costs 2000 yen plus consumption tax.
I've been determined to try my best to master this book....
Anyway, determination is also important, right?
