Eleven years and two hundred and seventy-one days in a row
have passed since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the two
years and two hundred and fifty-fifth successive day
including the most recent three days of 21-time push-ups.

Although the typhoon #11 is approaching the central Japan
region, it is greatly sunny with plenty of sunlight in
Nagoya with the current temperature of already as high as
30.5 degrees as of 10 a.m.
Very unfortunately, I have had a little low back pain in
the morning just before I was about to leave my home.
I have decided not to do physical exercise except push-ups.
