I resumed push-ups after a one-day break from 25 times, down one time from the
previous record, and kept no-smoking for one year and 50 days in a row.
I wore a pair of Heat Tech tights yesterday because I had to wash Breath Thermo
tights made by Mizuno.
Now I've recognized that Breath Thermo is really good, and it makes me feel warm
on my both legs.
Anyway the coldest winter days will continue several days, so I cannot live without
the tights.
