I was able to keep no-smoking for eight years and one hundred and forty-
eight days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 20-time push-ups for the seventh consecutive
day and 23-time push-ups for the third successive day.

Today again it is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I feel it is a little hot.
I tried to blow in with the air conditioner in my workplace.
Though this year's hot summer may be coming nearer and nearer, I have to
be careful of Wednesday's morning.
Because, according to NHK weather forecasts this morning, the lowest temperature
will be 9 degrees in Nagoya, which means there will be the possibility of catching
cold if I fail to take appropriate measures.
