Ten years and one hundred and twenty-three days in a row
have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the
one year and one hundred and seventh successive day including
the latest five days of 21-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I feel that it is much
warmer than yesterday.
There is no wonder, since the current temperature is 15.3
degrees, up more than 4 degrees from this time yesterday.
The symptoms of my right eye's floaters will never be better,
so I really hope that they will never be worsened any more.
I have no choice but to pray for it.
