Walking ：６２ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes


I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and three
hundred and fifteen days in a row.
I managed to increase the number of push-ups by three times to 20
times, and kept over 11-time push-ups for the seventh straight day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today and it is crisp with plenty of
sunlight and low humidity.
Today is the last day of Nagoya Festival, but actually unfortunately,
I have many things to do, so I've given up going out somewhere in order
to enjoy the festival.
By the way, recently, I've renewed my awareness that it would be better
not to call the stupid stupid.
