Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking　：４０＋４０＝１ hour ２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have been able to do without smoking for twelve years
and one hundred and sixteen days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
three years and one hundredth consecutive day and kept
22-time push-ups for the fifth successive day.

It is normally sunny in Nagoya today again.
There are many white clouds in the sky but it is bright
and I can enjoy plenty of sunlight.
It is not too cool or not too warm, which means that
it is pretty crisp with low humidity.
Actually, I feel as if today were May.
...So, this year's May might become much hotter.
