Nine years and fifty-four days in a row have passed since I broke
my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the thirty-eighth
successive day including the latest eleven days of 20-time push-ups.

It is sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya, and I have to say it is
very very cold but probably this chilly weather is quite normal.
According to weather reports on the Internet, this morning's lowest
temperature in Nagoya was 2.7 degrees, well well well, which is
normally marked in early March.
I must have got used to the abnormally warm weather of the past few days.
Anyway, I really have to guard against catching a cold.
