Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


It has been eleven years and ten days in a row since I
was able to rid myself of a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one
year and three hundred and fifty-ninth consecutive day
including the most recent eight days of 22-time push-ups.

It is very very cold in Nagoya with this morning's lowest
temperature of minus 0.4 degrees.
Such a cold weather always makes me feel lazy.
And actually, I felt my body was very heavy, and so I
think I had better decrease the amount of exercise.
Anyway, I have to survive this winter cold.
