I have been able to keep smoke-free for nine years and one hundred and
forty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the twenty-sixth straight day
and greater than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and thrity-second
consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I could enjoy the blue skies with
almost no clouds while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
Very fortunately, I think that Aichi prefecture has seen that the number
of newly infected people with the new coronavirus is getting comparatively
fewer than before although the State of Emergency is not lifted on Thursday.
Indeed, we may have to find productive ways to coexist with the covid-19.
