Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：７ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：５ minutes


I have been able to be a non-smoker for eleven years
and one hundred and fifty-seven days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by five
times to 20 times yesterday and kept more than 9-time
push-ups for the two years and one hundred and forty-
first consecutive day.

It has been cloudy in Nagoya since early this morning.
I feel that it is a little dark and just a little cold
although the current temperature is as high as 18 degrees.
Now I am wearing a winter jacket indoors at the office.
Anyway, I was unlucky yesterday because I was hit by a
crow, which I guess was a little nervous in the breeding
and nurturing period.
