I have been able to be a non-smoker for eleven
years and one hundred and eighteen days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for
the two years and one hundred and second day in
succession including the most recent seven days
of 24-time push-ups.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya and
I feel it is warm and comfortable with the current
temperature of 18.7 degrees, which is not too cool
or not too hot.
There are completely no clouds in the blue skies,
and so I really feel like going somewhere although
I well know that I cannot due mainly to the corona
pandemic.
Anyway, at least I can enjoy this plenty of sunlight.
