Push-ups ：１９ times
Walking　：４０＋４０＝１ hour ２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　： ０ minutes
Plunk　：１．５ ＋０．５＝２ minutes


It has been thirteen years and eighty-five days
in a row since I was able to rid myself of a bad
habit of smoking.
I reduced the number of push-ups by four times to
19 times yesterday since I felt that my body was
so heavy though I didn't know why.
However, I was able to keep more than 9-time
push-ups for the one hundred and eighty-ninth
consecutive day.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is sunny with
some clouds in the sky in Nagoya, but actually,
it is very very cold.
Although I had been mentally prepared for the
severe coldness since yesterday, this cold is
really getting to me.
I desperately want this to be the last of the
midwinter cold.
