I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for thirteen years and fifty days in a row,
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for
the one hundred and fifty-fourth straight day
including the most recent two days of 22-time push-
ups.

Today again, it is normally sunny with some clouds
in the blue sky in Nagoya.
The current temperature is about 5.4 degrees, up
more than 3 degrees from the same time yesterday.
I know well that this winter cold is much milder
than usuall, but even so, I cannot wait for spring
warmth to come here.
Anyway, I felt a little happy when I noticed that
the chill of the north wind was mild on my way to
the workplace while I was riding my bike.
