Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking　：５０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


It has been twelve years and one hundred and forty-three
days in a row since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the thirty-second
straight day and over 9-time push-ups for the three years
and one hundred and twenty-seventh consecutive day.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya
with plenty of sunlight, which makes me feel it is too hot
especially while walking to and from a Mac restaurant.
It's no wonder because the predicted highest temperature
is 25 degrees, or Natsu-bi in Japanese, and the current
temperature is already as high as 24.4 degrees.
I may have to be careful about dehydration and heat attack.
