Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２１ minutes


It has been nine years and twenty-seven days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the eleventh straight day
including the latest two days of 18-time push-ups.

After a little cold rain, it is cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya.
I feel it is very cold and in fact, the current temperature in Nagoya
is only 8 degrees, but actually at the same time I've begun feeling
that the length of daytime is getting longer and longer.
Weather reports say it snowed in central Tokyo for the first time in
this winter season.
Well, I had better think about this year's cherry blossoms to survive this cold.
