I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and three
hundred and forty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the eighth straight day and over 14-
time push-ups for the thirty-first consecutive day.

It's quite cloudy in Nagoya today and it looks like it's going to start
raining pretty soon though weather ladies said this morning it wouldn't.
The dark clouds in the sky are blocking sunlight and I feel it's rather cold.
Honestly, I've forgot I have to resume jogging-on-the-spot maybe because I
may have given up doing another middle-distance walking.
Well, so, first of all, I may have to make a plan to do walking in an unfamiliar town.
