Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：a total of ６０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for eleven years and forty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the two
years and twenty-seventh straight day including the
most recent three days of 20-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya with plenty of sunlight
but actually it is very cold with the forecast highest
temperature of as low as 6 degrees and the current
temperature of 3.4 degrees.
However, Daikan passed yesterday, so I may as well
start looking forward to the coming of spring.
